Description:As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting agile teams in the Scrum framework to ensure successful project delivery. You will work closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, and stakeholders to facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote best practices in agile project management.
Requirements:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role with a solid understanding of Scrum and agile methodologies.
- Agile Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and tools.
- Experience working in Salesforce Projects
- English: Advanced
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Agile certifications or training (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Kanban).
- Experience with Tools: Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Job Responsibilities:- Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Team Coaching: Coach and mentor Scrum teams on agile principles, Scrum practices, and effective team dynamics to ensure high performance.
- Impediment Removal: Identify and address any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress and work to resolve them promptly.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clear and concise product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to inspect and adapt processes and practices.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, and team performance to provide insights and drive improvements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the Scrum team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparent communication regarding project progress and expectations.
- Documentation: Maintain and update Scrum artifacts and documentation to reflect current project status and ensure compliance with agile practices.
