Description

Your responsibilities:

  • You will manage workflow, work rules, work procedure and necessary documents.

  • You will define and manage milestones to ensure compliant business continuity during the fiscal year.

  • You will define and prepare the necessary documentation required for Corporate Governance Consistency between Hitachi and Hitachi Energy, take leadership to quickly and pragmatically resolve any issues that might occur.

  • You will establish operational plans for job area, develop and implement new processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results.

  • You will communicate with leadership in both organizations, manage and issue BU rules including delegation of power to appropriate parties and support Business CEO/COO for various communication with Hitachi executives (CEO, CFO, others).

  • You will involve in Business Unit Budget & Biz plan, Mid-term Management plan, Hitachi Board member coordination and Investment meetings, Business Unit policy and employee communications and Business Unit operations: Senior Executive Committee & Performance review and other regular meetings.

  • You will be working in HE supports in fulfilling Hitachi corporate rules, registering and liaising with ISC/Legal and other HQ functions in advance to ISC and RMM, providing pre-explanation to guide HQ to understand HE Strategy, preparing Japanese documents and large Tender, PCG, M&A, Capex.

Your background:

  • You hold bachelor or equivalent university degree.

  • 5 years of relevant working experience.

  • Strong understanding of corporate governance requirements

  • Attentiveness to process mapping & analysis.

  • Working level or fluency in Japanese and English.
