Description:

2023 onwards, while enhancing the existing features, we are looking at rolling out new features such as capturing and continuously monitoring insurance information, leveraging data to provide a more responsive training program, and re-imagine Safety as a stand-alone product.

Requirements:
• 4-6+ years of experience as a full stack engineer
• 3-5+ years of architecture experience with significant design responsibilities.
• Hands-on experience with Java, REST, Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate and JPA.
• Experience with Object Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and

domain driven design.
• Experience with modern web development such as AJAX, HTML5 / CSS3,

single-page applications
• Experience working with PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS
• Proficiency with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks, preferably ReactJS
• Experience troubleshooting issues and lead to resolution
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile (Scrum) environment
• Excellent English and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects

simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and adapt
• A proven history of delivering quality and reliable software

Job Responsibilities:

Candidates will be joining a small team supporting a growing product, Safety. This product currently consists of revenue generating features providing 1) Driver Safety training and 2) One-time or continuous Motor Vehicle Record monitoring, all through integration with external vendors.
