We invite Expressions of Interest for the role Associate T&C Support to join our Sang-Ying Metro project in Taiwan.  The purpose of the role is to support Sang Ying’s Testing & Commissioning functions as a whole to ensuring delivery of commissioning activities and supporting Taiwan’s Commissioning manager and team members to conduct Taiwan’s T&C activities smoothly with other functions.  This is 1 fixed term contractor in full time opportunity available.

Main accountabilities will include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

-The ideal candidate will perform project administration activities and coordinating work planning documentation, coordinate with suppliers for project document.
-Proceed T&C function’s PRE-PR, PO, and expenses costs distributions requested form Company’s finance and administration needs. 

-Ensure analysis and records of Project documents and Contract administration (providing analysis, keeping and compiling records).

-Ensure the preparation of Letters or reporting for the Project.

-Ensure the management of Project document control in the project share point.

-Support and follow up oversea engineers’ work permits paper works within planned schedules.

Working Experiences:

-Prior experience as a Document Controller, preferably in a similar industry.

-Experiences with maintenance, or Testing & Commissioning work planning.

-Excellent organizational coordination skills and time management.


Qualifications:

-Strong attention to details and accuracy.

-Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

-Strong communication internally and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree

• minimum 5 years solid working experiences in relative metro/rail industries.
