Requirements:

• University degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Proven experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with software development metrics and/or OKRs.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 information security standards (desirable).
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 90003:2004 guidelines (desirable).
• Understanding of ISO 14001 standards (desirable).
• Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in English.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Organizing related activities and contributing to continuous improvement across all organizational areas.
• You will autonomously provide process effectiveness indicators to management with minimal supervision from leadership.
• You will support company projects to enhance performance and mitigate escalations.
