Description

  • Full support of Sales Specialist for Protection and Control equipment
  • Technical support and consultations to external customers and partners regarding Protection and Control equipment, during system design, commissioning and operation.
  • Analysis of design documentation of protection and control systems and technical consulting during configuration and parametrization of digital protection and control IEDs for HV and MV substations
  • Analysis of design documentation of substation automation systems and technical consulting during configuration and parametrization of the IEDs
  • Elaboration of technical solutions for protection systems
  • Communication with technical support centers of factories and coordination with them all technical application and operation issues especially the most difficult ones during projects implementation
  • Provides recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service.
  • Conducting of training courses
  • Consulting customers on products and technical solutions
  • Product configuration and coordination of technical solution with the Customer - work with technical documentation, catalogs and online configurator.
  • Work with customers complaints, warranty and post-warranty cases.
  • Requirements have to be met:

  • Higher technical education (University degree in Electrical engineering is required).
  • Work experience at least 3 years in energy field as operational/maintenance specialist or in sales   for Protection and Control equipment (Protection Department).
  • Work experience with protection test equipment
  • Knowledge of primary and secondary equipment of electrical substations and stations.
  • Advanced level of Ukrainian language.
  • English on intermediate level or higher.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Readiness to take on challenges, address customer requirements and solve problems.
  • Availability of a category "B" driver's license and practical driving skills.
