The team

Our Technical Delivery Managers play a critical role in ensuring that our delivery operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with client expectations. The role

As a Technical Delivery Manager at Hitachi Digital Services, you will lead and enhance service delivery operations, focusing on mentoring and developing Delivery Managers to ensure a high level of service excellence. You will implement ITIL-based frameworks, identify service improvement gaps, and establish best practices for Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Your role will also involve developing metrics and reporting structures to measure program performance and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs. This role requires a strong background in IT service management, with the ability to lead, train, and optimize teams to meet and exceed service delivery standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality results and maintain client satisfaction.

What you'll bring
  • Proven experience in IT service delivery management (7+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation).
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop teams for service management excellence.
  • Experience in implementing Incident, Problem, and Change Management best practices.
  • Skills in identifying service improvement gaps and implementing corrective actions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in developing and managing KPIs and metrics for performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
