Mission Statement:

Develop channels and proper strategy to grow them focused on share of wallet growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with sales team the best way to manage new channels.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Develops sales strategies which allow Hitachi Energy to expand its footprint through channels in different segments and solutions. Responsible for the identification of appropriate channels and targets.
  • Leads the development and implementation of sales strategy to increase channel partners
  • Leads critical sales and key frame agreements negotiations. Supports in the offering and proposal process for channel partners.
  • Identifies and evaluates channel partners. Manages annual performance assessment activities for channel partners
  • Ensures appropriate communication, promotion and training activities in the channel/segment
  • Supports driving strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers and other decision makers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s’ degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Electronical, Industrial)
  • Bilingual skills (English & Spanish)
  • Experience developing channels from start to finish
  • Experience developing channels in the medium/high voltage industry
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Have proven experience working with sales and channel development & management
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strategic thinking and strategy roll out
