Description:

We are looking for a MLOps Engineer with an experience in both machine learning pipelines and the operational aspects of deploying, monitoring, and maintaining ML models in production.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, focusing on local or non-cloud environments.
Experience in MLOps, particularly in automating ML workflows.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and cloud-based ML platforms.
Experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Familiarity with monitoring tools for ML models and systems.
Strong experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) to create consistent local environments.
Experience with version control systems (Git) and repository management (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, SaltStack, Puppet).
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automating processes.
Experience with monitoring and logging solutions, such as the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
Excellent collaboration skills to work with developers, QA, and data scientists.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in local backup and recovery strategies.
Knowledge of performance monitoring tools like Prometheus (even in non-cloud environments).
Nice to have prior experience in 5G, LTE, 6G, RAN, Wifi, RF propagation.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain scalable ML pipelines for test signal generation and analysis.
- Collaborate with data scientists to streamline the process of transforming ML models into production-ready systems.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of ML workflows.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for ML models, ensuring smooth integration with software components.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to model performance or data anomalies.
