How you’ll make an impact
Maximize semiconductor system availability with a focus on Etching Area (Plasma and Wet)
Ensure workplace and system safety using 5S methodology
Collaborate with maintenance, process, and production teams for efficient operations
Participate in projects to upgrade and modernize production lines
Document daily tasks and support troubleshooting activities
Train team members on system maintenance and best practices
Your background
Technical vocational training (e.g., automation or electronics technician)
Additional technical/methodological training is a plus
Experience with semiconductor or similar industrial systems preferred
Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and vacuum systems
Expertise in dry etch (e.g., AMat Centura, LAM Rainbow) and wet etch (e.g., Siconnex, SEZ tools) processes is a bonus
Proficiency in German and English required
Organized, team-oriented, and capable of working shifts in continuous production
