Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills):

·Ability to work 40 hours per week during agreed upon Internship period.

·Must have transportation to and from Greenfield, IN facility. (Not a remote position)

·Working on associate or bachelor's degree or have been accepted into and planning on attending a post-secondary education facility for HR, Administration, Management, Business/Marketing, or similar programs.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

·Assigned project for completion during duration of Internship.

·Research promotional material, calculate cost, present to Mgmt., order and prep

·Enhance current High School and College Internship programs

·Develop and prepare promotional printed material linking to Astemo hiring websites

·Develop College Career Fair plan, including marketing set-up (banners) and open job messaging (work with plant departments on upcoming needs for Dec/May graduates)

·Other duties as assigned

• Ability to work for extended periods of time while sitting
• Standing, walking, and bending for the duration of the workday
• Ability to lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds
• Visual ability to work accurately with detailed information and a computer screen
• Full motor skills

Work Environment – Travel, Noise, Smells, Quiet, Indoors or Outdoors, etc.

• Open office setting
• Factory setting with noise
