Description:

A performance tester's job is to analyze and test the performance of a system, website, or application to ensure it meets the required specifications. They work with developers, architects, and other stakeholders to identify performance issues and suggest solutions.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of Performance Engineering experience required
2. Hands on experience with Performance Testing tool - Neoload SAAS (must)
3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
4. Ability to interpret test results and identify potential performance issues
5. Architectural background focused on mid-tier services, client front ends and databases
6. Proficient in understanding the testing activities and approaches in the Agile development methodology

Job Responsibilities:

1. Define Performance Testing Objectives and Scope
2. Design a Performance Test Plan and Strategy
3. Prepare and Load Test Data
4. Develop & Execute Performance Test Scripts using Neoload SAAS
5. Configure and Manage the Performance Test Environment
6. Assessing the Service Level Agreement and Objectives & apply Consistent Monitoring Metrics
7. Analyze Performance Test Results and locate Performance bottlenecks and Root Causes
8. Present Performance analysis report to the stakeholders
9. Flag and communicate risk to the business
