Description

We are looking for a dynamic person for the position of Sr Facilities Maintenance Technician, to join our Energy/Transformers division and contribute to our world-class operations: •

Work site: Reynosa Tamaulipas

  •  Work schedule: Available to rotate shifts •

  • Work modality: On-site

What is your day-to-day? •

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance of facility equipment using appropriate work plans, procedures and manuals

• Inspection and maintenance of facilities and service systems in compliance with safety standards and official work plans.

• Complete routines, comply with the required documentation applying the applicable procedures according to the activity.

• Track and store inventory of consumables and spare parts for facility support equipment

• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of SCI, HVAC, Potable Water, Compressed Air, Office Finishes and equipment within the scope of the Facilities department

• Compliance with ISO standards, adherence to compliance for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 certifications

• Attend training, support for internal clients who require it

• Teamwork with external service providers to resolve technical problems.

• Complete assigned tasks within prescribed time frames.

• Participation in safety brigades

 Technical experience and skills:

• Technical or engineering education in Electromechanics, Electrical, Mechanical

• Technical English and Conversational English 70% is a plus

• 3 years of experience in the following areas: Fire Systems, HVAC, Compressed Air, Plumbing, minor repairs, Painting

• Basic electricity of low, medium and high voltage electrical systems.

• Water Pumping Systems

• Automated systems and controls

• Safety standards for material handling equipment

• Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

• Knowledge of safety guidelines, their standards and/or certifications.

• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, pneumatic diagrams, electrical diagrams, mechanical diagrams and ladder diagrams from different control software.

• Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders and work in confined spaces, Work at Height Certification, • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of 5”S system, TPM, ISO

• Consistently follow policies and procedures throughout the plant.
