Description
Under the supervision of the Global Chief Sales for Ford, and in direct contact with various internal departments across multiple regions (particularly the Sales Administration team, Project Managers, Engineering, and Controlling, as well as the Purchasing and Manufacturing teams), the Sales Operations Intern will be responsible for the operational management of the sales contracts portfolio with Ford.
1. Monitoring and tracking price updates related to:
Changes in packaging/logistics conditions
Fluctuations in raw material and energy market prices
Engineering modifications
Commercial agreements
Creating and consolidating global tracking files for Ford’s account
2. Supporting the preparation of customer negotiations with appropriate analysis and scenario proposals internally
3. Assisting with the preparation of various internal reports, forecasts, and the definition of next year’s budget
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
A collaborative mindset and strong team orientation
A proficient level of English is required.
