Description

Roles & Responsibilities 
1.    Logistic & Inventory Management
•    Monthly Inventory Meetings: Organize and coordinate monthly meetings, prepare materials, set agendas, and ensure timely follow-up and meeting minutes.
•    Inventory Reconciliation: Ensure reconciliations are conducted according to F&A guidelines, review and approve reports.
•    Stock Count Management: Supervise stock counts for BLC, NLC, and HASTH to ensure accuracy.
•    Delivery Schedule Coordination: Communicate and update delivery schedules between HITT, BLC/NLC, and the warehouse.
•    Stock Devaluation & Aging Comparison: Manage stock devaluation and aging documentation, ensuring inventory accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
•    Stock Transfer: Oversee the stock transfer process and ensure proper records in the EBMS system.
•    Donation Coordination: Collaborate with Sales and F&A teams to ensure donation processes are compliant with documentation standards.
•    Warehouse & Logistics Expense Control: Review and verify logistics expenses, ensuring compliance with budget and guidelines.
•    Import Management: Coordinate and prepare the import transaction (PO to Delivery to customers)
2.    Sales Support & Operation Management
•    Annual Review: Perform reviews of customers and suppliers to ensure compliance and efficiency.
•    ERC Activities: Maintain product classification and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
•    Audit Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for audit-related matters and ensure preparations are in place.
•    Exchange Gain/Loss Management: Monitor exchange gain/loss, report discrepancies, and propose corrective actions. Control Credit limit for customer.
•    Customer Registration: Oversee the customer registration process from initiation to completion.
•    Operation Staff Management: Manage staff performance, provide evaluations, and support skill development and training.
3.    System Management
•    EBMS System Management: Oversee domestic, UAT, and Import processes within the EBMS system.
•    ICENET & IPOS: Set up new customers in ICENET and manage issues related to IPOS.
•    Smart Equip & AEB Systems: Handle purchase orders to MCI USA via Smart Equip and manage the AEB system, including password resets. (Sullair business).
