Job Purpose:

To lead the activities related to the statutory requirements to run the local Indian entities smoothly & to report to Head of Finance in Noida.
To work in connection with the GTS Taxation and Finance Department.

Responsibilities:

• To keep the books of account updated on a regular basis for project-wise and company-wise accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards in India.
• Preparing periodic balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements.
• Vendor KYC, creation in accounting software, validating initial documents.
• Preparing voucher files for all RCS projects and RAF. Sending scanned copies of vouchers and supporting bills to auditors, head office or any other stakeholders.
• To prepare Bank Payments, both Domestic/Foreign.
• Regularization of administration advances on monthly basis.
• To verify employee reimbursement claims and regularize the payments.
• To make travel arrangements for business purposes with approved vendors.
• To keep expense schedules ready for Finance Team regularly.
• Co-ordination with Finance Team for audit purposes on a regular basis.

Experience: 2-3 years

Skills:

• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
