Engineering Processs Apprentice

Description

Your goal is to improve the existing System/Software/Safety/Hardware development processes in order to increase the maturity with respect to A-SPICE standard. 

Applicable process: MAN3, SYS1 to SYS5, SWE1 to SWE6, SUP9, SUP10 

To achieve this target, you will:  

• Understand the existing development process, 
• Analyse result of ASPICE audits, 
• Identify action plan to close the findings in coordination with process pilots, 
• Execute actions identified in action plan, 
• Update process documentation (process model, guidelines, templates, training material) and communicate changes. 
• Coach the team to help them to understand, adopt and deploy the defined process (this will lead you to takle part of the development, 
• Realize random verification in projects, 
• Participate to A-SPICE assessments, 
• Develop Tools for process automation. 

Your profile: 

• Embedded system/software engineering degree, Mechatronics, 
• Motivated, involved, rigorous, autonomous & open minded, 
• Good control of Office pack (Excel, Word & PowerPoint), 
• Knowledge in Software development
• Knownledge in System Softxware modeling (matlab Simuink, SysML)
• Knowledge in Process Modeling is a plus  
• Knowledge of Automotive SPICE standard is a plus, 
• Knowledge of programming langage is a plus (C, Python, Scripting…), 
• International environment, English is required 

Tools / Framework: 

Tools: Office 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, STAGES, DNG, EWM, Jira, TortoiseSVN, 

Work within the System/Software and Functional Safety development team with strong collaboration with tools team
