The opportunity

The Power Electronics team you'll join was established in Krakow in 2021. You'll collaborate with highly skilled engineers in power electronics, electronics, control theory, and mechanics. You'll participate in developing a modular platform for DC or AC converters based on silicon carbide (SiC) technology. This is a unique opportunity to learn and gain professional experience in your career path. We expect availability of 20-40 hours per week (flexible schedule to fit your university classes). 

As a Project Management Intern you will support the smooth and efficient execution of projects by providing administrative, organizational, and logistical assistance to the project team. This role will involve learning to facilitate communication, track progress, manage documentation, and assist with various project-related tasks, including basic financial administration, under guidance 

How you’ll make an impact

  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and coordinating meetings

  • Support clear communication among team members and external stakeholders

  • Help maintain organized project documentation and track key information

  • Assist with the coordination of project resources and basic expense tracking

  • Support the identification and logging of project risks and potential issues

  • Assist in processing basic project-related financial documentation and reports

  • Provide general administrative support to the project team

Your background 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management), graduating in 2026 or later

  • Demonstrates good organizational and time management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish

  • Shows strong attention to details and accuracy

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, with basic Excel skills

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment

  • Eagerness to learn various aspects of project coordination, including financial basics
