The Opportunity
Purchase goods, materials, and services to ensure continuity of supply and meet the company's operational needs, taking into account price, quality, and delivery.
Manages or performs Transactional Sourcing work to manage risk and optimize the value/resilience of materials/services sourcing, including: Establishing supplier relationship management processes and continuous improvement goals/programs
How you´ll make an impact
Negotiating contracts and coordinating supplier integration plans with internal clients.
Monitoring market dynamics that impact materials/services availability and/or pricing.
Partnering with internal clients to identify sourcing needs, develop buyer/market profiles, identify marketplace trends, and define acceptable service levels
Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments, and communicate any supply problems that may impact business operations
Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects, and activities
Your Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline
3+ years’ experience in the Supply Chain area (P-Level):
English Language Advanced
Ability to orchestrate and coordinate teams across functional areas, business lines, and countries
Strong knowledge/ use of standard office technology landscape, Microsoft applications, and ERP systems,
Strong knowledge of overall Supply Chain Process, Procedures, and Regulations
Good project management skills
