• Product Training Materials: We have a partial set of PowerPoint training decks that have been prepared by FSA implementation team. This should be brought back into the PM team in this area.
• Product Reference Materials: This team will have responsibility for the following documentation:
o User Documentation: The existing user guides for FSA Office and FSA Mobile will be upgraded to FSA Capistrano by a functional writer. This will include adding new features, dropping any deprecated features, and updating content for any functional changes.
o On-Line Help: User documentation formatted for use when accessed via the on-line help functionality.
o Guide for Implementers: A technical writer will refresh this existing document that explains the "behind the scenes" setup of FSA meta-data and other technical topics.
o Build Release Notes: The writers will collaborate with the FSA Release Management team to gather the build contents from TFS and prepare release notes that include new content, bug fixes, and test coverage for the release.
o FSA New Features by Version: This team will take over the existing Hitachi Solutions FSA New Features by Version document. This document includes both functional and technical content.
