Hitachi Consulting is looking for SAP professionals who have a proven track record of success, aptitude, and leadership specializing in SAP Security, GRC, and Cyber Security. The position requires a broad range of security skills from strategy development, security model design, and deployment of security processes and solutions to support midsize and large organizations in a variety of industries.
This role serves as the Senior Security Architect and the key leader to advise and assist clients in defining the long-term security tools for their solution landscape. As a Senior Security Solution Architect, the role ensures that the design and implementation of the security model is defined from a holistic SAP functional and technical perspective to factor in internal controls, segregation of duties, internal and external system users, and Cloud and On-premise applications. As a Senior Solution Architect, the role is responsible for planning and leading initiatives associated with Cyber security monitoring tools. The expectation is that the resource considered for position can hold a variety of SAP security related positions as required for a project, as well as, lead internal initiatives to expand solution offerings for SAP security and associated technologies.
Minimally 5 years’ experience with SAP, at least 2 years of implementation experience as a Senior Security Architect
Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written)
Experience presenting to large groups focused on SAP solutions and functionality
Business process analysis and design experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process design and implementation
Security model implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
Exposure to SAP ASAP, ACTIVATE, or other Project Methodologies desired but not required
PMI certification desired, but not required
General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, and business assessment / strategy
Project management: led small to medium teams of 5 -10 resources (both consulting and client employees)
Experience interacting with clients and building business relationships
Demonstrated problem solving skills and critical thinking skills
Experience scoping and estimating SAP security related projects
At least 5 full lifecycle projects completed as the Security Architect role
Experience with the following tools and capabilities in the following areas:
SAP ECC 6.0 security
SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management security
SAP Business Intelligence tools security (BW, Business Objects, CDS Views, HANA Views)
Strong Microsoft skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, and Visio
Solution Manager exposure preferred
Experience with the core SAP module security and understanding of the integration points between: FICO, SD, MM, and PP
Cyber Security monitoring tools
Regular and expeditious travel throughout the United States and occasionally overseas is required to meet client needs and timetables
