Recent growth and expansion projects, combined with multiple internal promotions, have led to several new opportunities within our Monroe, GA facility. We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Coordinator for our maintenance department for A shift (Monday through Friday 6:50 a.m. to 3:10 p.m.). Please note that this position may be subject to a change in shift due to business needs. As an essential part of our team in Georgia, you will be conducting machine setup, troubleshooting and repairing equipment as well as performing preventative and predictive maintenance within our growing operation.


The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for Creating, developing, maintaining, and improving the Equipment and Facilities Preventative Maintenance systems, track PM KPI’s, Coordinate and Promote a “TPM Culture” between Production, Engineering and Maintenance Departments.  Will be responsible for PM scheduling, PM creation and execution of ordering and maintaining all PM materials and PM Kits. 

 Chief Duties and/or Responsibilities: 


  1. Promote and Coordinate a thorough understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
  2. Work with Maintenance to organize and maintain PM KPI data, including WO/PM completion reports and schedules. 
  3. Work with Maintenance and Engineering to organize and maintain spare parts lists related to PM processes.
  4. Create charts/reports to assist Maintenance Manager to analyze PM effectiveness.
  5. Improve and Maintain current PM system for efficiency and cost savings.
  6. Maintain Daily, Monthly, Annual KPI and Equipment Downtime Data using the SQL server data and 4M Sheet information.
  7. Practices 5S and Plan/Do/Check/Act cycle.
  8. Supports TS16949 and ISO 1400 audits.


Qualified Applicants will possess the following:


  1. High school diploma required.

  2. Some college experience or associate degree/certificate preferred.


  1. 2-year experience minimum, in manufacturing/automotive field preferred.


  1. Excellent data management skills.  Knowledge of manufacturing equipment PM Systems preferred.


  1. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.


  1. Excellent organizational skills.


  1. Must be proficient in MS Excel: able to use formula, create charts and use pivot table.

  2. Must be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Email and Internet.  MRO and MP2 software experience is preferred.



Assigning PMs and WOs to respective Productive Line Owners, Auditing completion status and frequency of issuance.


Required to sit or stand and move about the facility.  Occasional lifting of items not to exceed 30lbs.


Combination of office and plant environment.  Required to use safety glasses and wear steel toe shoes while performing specific tasks or while in specific manufacturing areas.
