The Role

We are looking for a high energy colleague to act as the Geo liaison between the field and corporate Marketing functions. You will be involved with marketing processes, budget, organization planning, reporting and vendor management. You will work to improve workflows, remove roadblocks, and promote efficiencies in the marketing processes and its smooth operations. You will be required to perform data analysis and being capable of using CRM tools like Salesforce and Marketing Automation tools like Marketo to track marketing performance and recognize opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing Budget Management
    • Using Allocadia, Critical Mass Territory (CMT) training and guidance, process management, allocate CMT quarterly budget, monitor budget performance, GEO budget model: operation budget, major event budget, travel budget, offline budget record,
    • Support PO and Statement of Work (SOW) creation, and perform other duties as assigned
  • Marketing KPI Management
    • Annual and quarterly Geo KPI (marketing-qualified lead (MQL) marketing sourced revenue, conversion rates), CMT KPI allocation
  • Lead - Campaign Support
    • Using Marketo, SalesForceDotCom (SFDC), campaign info: owner, description, cost, glance slide, and other duties as assigned
  • Marketing Result Reports
    • PPT Report: quarterly result slide for GEO Townhall, EMEA Marketing Management, Geo weekly update slide, 1H/2H review, annual review, CMT result
    • Email Report: quarterly and annual Geo CMT leaders and EMEA Marketing Management communication, GEO Marketing communication, CMT result
  • Marketing Performance Monitor - Analysis
    • Dashboard, conversion rate, In Flight Sales Accepted Leads (SAL), opportunity analysis, geo vs global vs CMT
  • Sales Operations Cooperation
    • Named account update, Acquisition account update
  • Marketing Team Meeting Support
    • Monthly team online meeting, 2H and annual planning meeting, in person meeting logistics, agenda, presentation template, meeting minutes

Qualifications
  • You have conducted analysis of marketing activities and processes
  • You worked in data analytics and operations activities
  • You are skilled at representing business insights from data
  • You have previous experience with marketing automation systems such as Marketo and CRM tools like Salesforce
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have the ability to interface with both marketing and operations departments
  • You are proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
