Job Description

Architect, Dynamics CRM. The Architect, Dynamics CRM is responsible for designing solutions to integrate Dynamics 365 with Field Services Product and third-party software. Develop interfaces for CRM integration with external systems including company IP and third-party programs. Develop Plugins/JavaScript for a variety of business needs. Build integrations with external data providers using SSIS and KingswaySoft adapters for Dynamics 365 for Sales and Marketing. Assist customers in architecting, planning, testing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft platforms (Microsoft Dynamics for Sales and Marketing/CRM). Contribute to the design stages of Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based implementations. Prepare technical documentation and present progress reports. Organize in-depth training for end-users and HSAL consultants. Develop detailed reliable solutions and estimates for service implementations. Work closely with customer account teams to identify, pursue, and close strategic business development opportunities while continually driving add-on business within existing projects. Design and lead the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to create, define specifications for and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements using SQL Server Reporting Services. Utilize extensive knowledge of business processes and the Microsoft Dynamics / CRM product suite (including related applications and technologies) to support the development and expansion of the solution footprint to meet clients' articulated business strategy. Support Lead Consultants in their review of functional specifications for clients of high complexity and quality, including complex integrations or significant module changes.

The Architect position is expected to provide customers with deep technical insight and solution design of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. The Architect must possess an in-depth understanding of intricate and sophisticated computer and information systems principles and theories in order to be capable of understanding and solving complex technical issues such as cloud-based integration, external software integration, mobile expansion, advanced report and analytics, and schema design. Additionally, the Architect must have a solid grasp of sophisticated performance and scalability issues as well has a deep understanding of the toolsets used to customize and extend Microsoft CRM platform.

Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study and three years experience or Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems or related field of study and five years experience. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience. Travel up to 20% of the time to client sites throughout the U.S. as required. Must be U.S. worker as defined by US Dept of Labor regulations 20 CFR Section 656.3.
