The Opportunity

With strong growth in the Western region we have an exciting opportunity for an Auto Electrician to join our Pilbara Support team. This is a Permanent Full Time Role with job security and stability! Working a flexible FIFO roster ex Perth, main responsibilities include:

• Providing positive customer outcomes by performing quality auto electrical maintenance services and installing components to a wide range of mining equipment
• Attending site to undertake electrical troubleshooting and assisting in air conditioning service repairs
• Ensuring the HCA Safety Culture is embraced and displayed and driven from within
• Liaising with technical support staff and harvesting a truly collaborative team culture to ensure timely customer service is delivered.

As the ideal candidate you will have:

• Australian Accredited Auto Electrical Qualification and a current driver's license
• Demonstrated experience with mobile plant equipment and heavy machinery
• A current air conditioning license would be highly regarded
• Solid CANBus and PLC Knowledge and previous field service exposure would be beneficial
• Demonstrated experience and solid understanding of mining equipment maintenance
• Personable and professional with a drive to build positive long term relationships
• Understand the importance of Workplace Health & Safety and be proactive in reducing hazards
