Your new role
We currently have an opportunity for a Facilities Administrator based in our Stoke Gifford train Maintenance Centre in Bristol. This is a varied role and will involve supporting the facilities department. This role is on a fixed term contract basis.
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following deliverables:
Updating of logbooks for planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to maintain statutory and warranty compliance.
About you
Essential Skills
Expert IT skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook Tools and Diary Management
Sound knowledge of compliance to, rules and regulations
Experience in SAP or a similar tool.
Qualifications
English & Mathematics GCSE level or equivalent
Vocational equivalents in administration or business
Pragmatic, practical and flexible attitude
