About the role

We are now looking for an experienced and professional Business Improvement Manager to join our corporate support group in Greystanes. The main focus of this new role will be to lead HCA's mid-term plan activities and project manage parts and service business improvement initiatives/strategies.

Reporting to the National Parts and Service Strategy Manager your duties will be:

  • Act as lead and Transformation Officer for HCA's mid-term plan activities
  • Project management - Lead, Coordinate and participate in key national parts and service business growth initiatives.
  • Provide project management support for BDM and Branch Operations teams.
  • Provide Business analytics and reporting as required

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Strong Project Management skills in a complex organisation
  • Ability to lead, develop and implement business improvement strategies, and convert these to incremental business delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Strong Analytical mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint Skills
  • Highly developed organisational and administrative skills.
  • Highly developed skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, and in meeting conflicting deadlines.
