\uf0a7 Should have at least 3 years of Level3 (Engineering Support to customer issues) customer support experience with total of 5-10\nyears of experience in software product development/QA roles.\n\uf0a7 Candidate should have strong knowledge of Linux, Storage Technologies, Cloud, VMWare, Active Directory configuration and\nnetworking etc.\n\uf0a7 Should have excellent problem solving skills.\n\uf0a7 Should be very proficient in English communication with peers and customers in both oral and written.\n\uf0a7 Should be able to work with both customer engineers in the field and the engineering team in triaging and resolving customer\nissues.\n\uf0a7 Should have experience in reproducing customer issues in the local lab, work with engineering team in getting hot\nfixes/maintenance release and help customer engineers in deploying the fixes at customer location.\n\uf0a7 Should be able to understand customer sensitivity in dealing with customer issues and escalate to appropriate levels to get help\nand resolve them.\n\uf0a7 Should have deep knowledge of Lunix and Windows internals.\n\uf0a7 Having knowledge of mobile apps development and support is a plus.\n\uf0a7 Should have knowledge of basic programming in Java, Python and other scripting and programming languages and debugging\nlogs.\nHitachi
