NET C# Coding, .NET development, Desktop Application development - Microsoft Visual studio, TFS, GIT Branching models, continuous integration. - Automated Test, SOA Design and Integration practices - Microsoft Cloud / Azure / Service Buses / PAAS / SAAS Responsibilities \nThrives in a proactive, fast-pasted, client-facing environment \nEnjoys solving technical problems with innovative and creative solutions \nAbility to work seamlessly in a cross functional team development environment that is distributed \nProvide technical leadership to team of 4-6 engineers and lead them in delivering complex consulting and implementation projects on Microsoft cloud computing technologies\nProvide consulting and drive technical discussions to help customers migrate to Microsoft cloud. \nTake ownership and end to end responsibility of project delivery and drive the technical process from proposal to delivery. \nWork with developers to ensure that the proposed solution aligns to the overall product/application roadmap. \nProvide support and guidance when required. \nCollaborate with other team members including; Senior solution architects, Tech leads, Business analyst etc., - helping them to resolve any architectural issues. \nIdentify and report technical risks with regards to their specific applications technology and identify mitigation actions. \nWork closely with the Project Delivery teams to determine the most appropriate solutions, taking into account cost, benefit, timescales and constraints of the environment in which the portfolio operates \nSupport the implementation of new functionality through input to training sessions, demos, and the development of appropriate documentation. \nFacilitates team stand-ups, encouraging participation and driving progress, highlight the issues and report to dev manager \nTeam morale, developing and maintaining an open and transparent culture, escalating issues as appropriate \nMentoring other developers in C#, WCF, MVC and other new web/Cloud technologies \nEssential Skills: Expert knowledge of concepts, philosophies and tools behind the design of relevant area of expertise.
