RESPONSIBILITIES : \nWork on all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, development, and testing\nAssist clients in fully integrating the Workday system into their current business environments and provide input on best practices\nConfigure the Workday system and integrations to meet each client's unique business requirements\nContinually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions\nShare knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology\nIdentify and mitigate risks in process and technology\nProvide quality formal and informal documentation consistent with documentation standards\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS : \nMinimum 2+ years of Workday Integration experience and 5+ years of overall experience\nMinimum 1 end to end workday implementation experience \nPrior experience in other HCM solutions such as SAP HCM, Successfactors, Oracle HCM would be an added advantage \nVery Strong Workday functional experience in Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management / Time Tracking and Talent Management\nExperience and ability to translate business requirements to system configuration\nExperience re-engineering HR business processes\nExperiencing developing functional business integration requirements\nExperience with 3rd party integration providers\nDemonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations\nDemonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution\n\n\nCONSULTING SKILLS : \nExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills\nHR Consulting and Transformation skills \nConsistently produce clear, concise status reports\nBuilds confidence and trust with clients\nDisplays effective analytical skills
