RESPONSIBILITIES : \nSubject matter expert and leading clients through the entire systems development lifecycle from requirements through release to production\nTrack Lead for Workday Integrations across implementations, Rollout and Managed services. \nWork on all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, development, and testing\nAssist clients in fully integrating the Workday system into their current business environments and provide input on best practices\nAdvise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems\nConfigure the Workday system and integrations to meet each client's unique business requirements\nContinually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions\nShare knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology\nIdentify and mitigate risks in process and technology\nProvide quality formal and informal documentation consistent with documentation standards\n\nREQUIRED SKILLS : \nMinimum 3+ years of Workday Integration experience and 8+ years of overall experience\nMinimum 1 end to end workday implementation experience \nPrior experience in other HCM solutions such as SAP HCM, Successfactors, Oracle HCM would be an added advantage \nVery Strong Workday integration experience with Workday EIB, Studio, Core Connector and Cloud Connector\nExperience and fluency in Web Services standards and technologies ( XML, XSLT, XPath, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, etc.)\nAbility to develop creative solutions and accelerators \nExperience with Web Service and ESBs products (Oracle SOA Suite, BEA AquaLogic/WLI, IBM WebSphere, Axis, JAX-WS, etc.)\nLeadership and customer handling skills \nDemonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations\nDemonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution\n\n\nCONSULTING SKILLS : \nExcellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills\nHR Consulting and Transformation skills \nConsistently produce clear, concise status reports\nBuilds confidence and trust with clients\nDisplays effective analytical skills
