The Opportunity

Due to exponential growth in the Western Region we are currently looking to appoint highly skilled and experienced HD Fitter's / Mobile Plant Mechanic's throughout the Pilbara and North West regions. These are Permanent Full Time Roles with job security and stability! Working a FIFO flexible roster ex Perth, your main responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out major component change outs across various mine sites
  • Performing maintenance servicing and repairs on a wide range of Hitachi mining equipment
  • Liaising with technical support staff
  • Providing quality and timely customer service to our much loved customer base
  • Ensuring the HCA Safety Culture is embraced and displayed and driven from within

To be successful in this role you will hold relevant trade qualifications as HD Fitter / Mobile Plant Mechanic. You will also have:

  • Relevant Australian (or Australian recognised) Mobile Plant Mechanic trade qualifications with experience in the maintenance and servicing of mining equipment
  • A proven safety focus with an understanding and ability to abide by site safety processes at all times
  • Good communication and customer service skills and the ability to build long term relationships with our key clients
  • Police clearance and current unrestricted drivers licence is essential
  • Previous experience with major component change outs is desirable but not essential
