We are recruiting for Train Presentation Supervisors to join our team in Bristol at our state of the art Train Maintenance Centre. This is a permanent role working on a night shift basis.
This role is the communication link between the HRL production teams and the Cleaning contractors. The Train Presentation Supervisor will be carrying out inspections on the trains to complete our KPI process. They will also be raising and closing work orders in SAP once the vehicle has been cleaned and communicating that back to the production team once all cleaning activities are completed.
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following deliverables:
Recording of KPI failures on KPI scorecards though the associated I.T. Systems
Knowledge and experience of heavy industrial vehicle cleaning practices. Rolling stock cleaning experience preferred, but not necessary
Excellent team management and good communication skills and effective customer service approach
Good written and verbal communications skills. Good report writing skills necessary
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, word, excel, PowerPoint
Manage resources to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures including but not limited to recruitment, staff performance, training, development and appraisals.
Experience of and commitment to the effective implementation of equal opportunities and CSR policies.
An understanding of health and safety requirements of a working environment
Previous experience of supervising cleaning operations to a high standard
