The Manager Key Account Technology must engage the customer, factory and division groups to ensure the effective management of the Account. He will have extensive interaction with Co-Account Manager, the Director, various departments within SED, the Factory and the Customer, and may occasionally be required to communicate with other sites. The Manager Key Account Technology will be assigned specific account support duties, provide key technical support functions to the Director and assist in ensuring effective customer support and timely internal activities to ensure a successful business relationship. At the discretion of the Director the Manager Key Account Technology may be required to represent the Account Team in Customer and internal meetings.
