About the Opportunity

HCA has a rare opportunity available for a personable professional to join our Victorian Branch teams as the Administration Manager, based at the Dandenong branch. This position will be best suited to a self-motivated strategic multitasker with a demonstrated ability managing a large financial portfolio and large office management responsibilities effectively. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this role will have you leading end to end financial and administrative services to support branch operations.

About You - to be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Safety Commitment - A strongly developed awareness to personal and peer health and safety and displaying safety leadership
  • Leadership Experience - Demonstrated employee and office management experience fostering high performing teams, healthy employee satisfaction and governing self with unwavering integrity
  • Financial Coordination - Proven financial acumen processing, managing and reporting against budget P & L, debtors and branch accounts payable and receivable discipline to achieve financial compliance
  • Office Management - Competent with Fixed Asset Management, experience in ISO 9001 delivery and proficiency with general administration, secretarial and reception functions
  • Customer Focus - A commitment to deliver Total Customer Satisfaction when interpreting internal and external customer queries and determining outcomes
  • Personable and Professional Communication Skills - A professional and diplomatic communicator maintaining business critical relationships whilst delivering outcomes
