This position is responsible for full-cycle recruiting activity; from requisition creation to employee onboarding. Coordinates meetings, interviews and works on special projects. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with line managers to fill job requisitions

  • Partner with line managers to revise or create job descriptions for open positions

  • Advertise open positions and source resumes of candidates for open positions

  • Schedule and organize activities such as candidate screening & evaluation

  • Organize, Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates and interview team

  • Manage offer negotiations and extend offers to candidates

  • Conduct background screening process and reference checks for candidates

  • Prepare New Hire material for candidates to be inducted to the company

  • Plan and conduct new hire orientations that fosters positive attitude toward company goals

  • Maintain and update HRIS as well as filing system (paper & electronic) for employee records

  • Manage internship program for all company sites

  • Administer and maintain applicant tracking system

  • Perform other HR and related duties as required and assigned


Position Requirements (Knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform satisfactorily in the position):

  • Able to use common computer programs including MS Office, Taleo & Workday

  • Knowledge of State and Federal Laws as related to Human Resources & Hiring

  • Personal Effectiveness/Credibility

  • Thoroughness & Flexibility

  • Collaboration Skills

  • Written & Verbal Communication Proficiency

  • Proficient in a variety of candidate sourcing methods



Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree

  • Two years of related in-house recruiting experience
