The Field Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for generating leads and managing the CRM database. Working closely with the product marketing teams and sales, the specialist will implement regional telemarketing campaigns with the objective of fostering and advancing prospective customer relationships. While managing these campaigns, the specialist will also manage the CRM database ensuring contacts are kept up to date, distribute leads and provide monthly reports on progress.
-Promotion of the HHA Company, brand, and product awareness
-Generation of high quality, multi-modality leads and sales appointments
-Improvement and upkeep of CRM data integrity with diligent account maintenance including identifying key site contacts and profile of current equipment
-Leveraging intelligence memberships (primarily DHC), resources, and external trade show/conference attendance lists to continuously update the CRM system with the most up-to-date account and key contact information
-Manage, vet, and distribute all leads from external sources and internal programs (telemarketing/inbound marketing automation) to field Sales.
-Monitor MQL (marketing qualified lead) to SCO (sales converted opportunity) conversion and assist field sales in optimizing conversion rates
-Categorize appropriately and add key contacts to targeted marketing lists and nurture programs based on modality/product interest
-Advance and optimize account based sales/marketing efforts
-Review CRM account activity and assist field sales in understanding other activity occurring by other field sales reps, including recent activity, existing relationships, opportunities, and other HHA installed equipment that could help advance newly identified relationship and/or opportunities
-Provide ad hoc sales support as needed: assist with sales requests including market analysis requests, installed base information, competitive mapping, etc.

-Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing OR 5-7 years inside sales experience (Healthcare experience a plus)
-Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience working within a CRM environment; Preferably Microsoft Dynamics (but not required)
-Strong background and proven success working inside sales
-Able to demonstrate proven, quantifiable results
-Proven agility and ability to work well in a fast-paced, very team-oriented environment
-Possess a high level of diligence and understanding of the value of good, high quality data and data maintenance
-Strong customer relationship skills
-Excellent troubleshooting, diagnosis, and analytical skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
