About the Opportunity

Due to strong growth in our service department, we have an opportunity for a newly appointed Field Service Fitter to join the friendly and successfully busy Canberra team. The key responsibility for this role is to provide quality customer outcomes through diagnostic, maintenance, and repairs to a wide range of quality Hitachi equipment and product lines.

  • Qualifications - Minimum Certificate III in a Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
  • Experience & Skillset - Heavy Diesel mechanics and field service fitters with OEM equipment experience
  • Customer Focus - Initiative to plan work fronts efficiently and effectively, understanding customer needs and delivering quality outcomes to ensure Total Customer Satisfaction
