Your Role

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, mission focused sales executive with a proven track record of over-achieving quota, driving new business, and creating winning customer experiences. The Regional Sales Executive is a key player in supporting our growth strategy. You are results-driven, comfortable moving at a fast pace, and a team player. Your success relies on your obsession over customers, passion for our data-centric solutions and desire to deliver extreme business value to key stakeholders within your accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to develop account whitespace and build new customer relationships. In your role, you will leverage market intelligence, customer events, product specialist, inside sales, a large partner ecosystem, complementary OEM technology, and your own professional network to develop high value relationships.

Your Responsibilities
  • Drive effective sales strategies and coordinate team efforts with partners, specialist, management, and technical resources, to deliver the best results
  • Manage prospecting and lead generation activities to reach key decision makers/influencers (technical and business) and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Build and strengthen business relationship with customers and partners
  • Prioritize speed over perfection when engaging and communicating
  • Maintain accurate forecast at all times, with realistic expectations for deal closure
  • Leverage channel and alliance partnerships to expand customers experience
  • Develop effective call plans and execute on regular activity expectations
  • Coordinate with Field Marketing on digital messaging and participation in regional events


Your Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Federal sales experiences specializing in infrastructure software and hardware
  • Experienced at driving large, mission-focused, complexed sales solutions
  • An avid hunter with a demonstrated record of overachievement; sourcing leads, creating demand, and leveraging networking abilities to gain access to decision-makers/influencers
  • Strong relationship management techniques to develop new customers within assigned accounts, and ability to routinely qualify the mutual value of customer engagements
  • Utilizes a consultative approach to quickly uncover business issues, develop winning solutions, and propose a course of action that addresses business needs
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Easily develops new relationships and continually expands existing ones
  • Ability to manage new business development, account plans, and prospecting activities
  • Works autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Enjoys working in a career-oriented environment that's dynamic and professional
  • Subject matter expertise in data storage, data analytics, big data, RPA, cloud solutions and digital transformation is preferred
