For our company Hitachi High-Technologies Europe GmbH with the European headquarter in Krefeld, North Rhine-Westphalia, we are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant IoT (m/f/d) for our office in Mannheim as soon as possible.


Your tasks:

  • Plan, prioritize and manage sales and application support activities
  • Prioritize tasks and find customers to ensure prosperous business
  • Evaluate sales proposals to ensure the requested customer specifications can be met
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations taking into account special customer requests, customer’s samples and the customer’s special environment
  • Manage and prepare complicated application processes and products
  • Liaise with consultants and other Hitachi groups to ensure that the Applications team is up-to-date on new product developments and to share customer feedback
  • Consult with Design Team in Japan in case of special orders
  • Develop, evaluate and review demonstration and integration procedures and standards to ensure that work is of a consistently high quality

Qualifications

Your profile:
  • Technical or Commercial University Degree or Equivalent
  • Deep product, application and market knowledge in the area of IoT and Automotive
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales of Complex Goods
  • At least 3 years of experience in People Management
  • Experience of Cost Management, in IT or IoT Sales and Project Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - fluent in both English and German
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and to travel throughout the region
