Executive Assistant to President Europe / Office Manager (m/f/d)


In this position you will working as the right hand and be the first point of contact for our President Europe. In addition to this you will also provide support as the General Affairs coordinator for our regional head quarter. You will directly report to the President Europe with a dotted line to the local HR Business Partner for the Office Management.

Your core responsibilities include:

  • Proactively support of the President of Europe in all day-to-day organizational and administrative tasks
  • Preparation and maintenance of presentation materials and reports as required
  • Managing the e-mail inbox incl. prioritization, tracking of open issues and follow-up on activities
  • Preparation, organisation and coordination of external and internal meetings
  • Management of business travels as well as travel coordination for executive international visitors
  • Office support from A-Z for our office in Schwaig-Oberding and our remote offices in Germany
    • Coordination, control and monitoring of facility management including correspondence with suppliers and service providers
    • Management and coordination of company car and pool car fleet

Qualifications

Profile and Qualifications:

  •      You have at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience as Executive Assistant/Office Manager, ideally in an international environment.
  •      You are an organizational talent and love to work independently, carefully and structured. 
  •      You show initiative, like to take on responsibility and are open-minded, communicative and reliable.
  •      You are proficient in MS Office and modern means of communication.
  •      Very good communication skills in German and English. 
  •      You inspire and motivate your colleagues with your open, likeable manner.
