About the Opportunity

Our Cooperate Support Office based in Greystanes has an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Parts Procurement Manager for HCMO. In this newly created role you will be reporting to the General Manager of HCMO and will be responsible for effective procurement and management of spare parts within HCMO, whilst provide support to HCA and CPL businesses.

Other key drivers will be:

  • Involvement in special projects to improve the support provided by Parts department to all branches
  • To improve system forecast performance by both quantity and value against an agreed baseline & target
  • Provide meaningful reporting of parts inventory performance to respective management and branches
  • Provide support services to HCA and CPL parts personnel
  • To maintain adequate stocking levels in line with stocking policy requirements, stock turn and fill rate KPI's

To be successful, you will possess the following:

  • Excellent product knowledge and inventory management experience
  • Strong customer service focus, both internal and external customers
  • Strong management of parts procurement demand and forecast management with a good understanding of forecasting tools and algorithms
  • Proven experience in developing and managing a team
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant management/business discipline
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
