About your new role

Our CablePrice business based in Wellington NZ, currently has an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst working in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment. Your primary focus will be to work with our Dynamics project team, business users and the vendors as part of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment.

Reporting to the Business Systems Manager based in Sydney, you will be accountable for:

  • Business requirements gathering in a complex business environment across various Lines of Business
  • Responsibility for creating project documentation for business requirements and test cases for unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Responsible for software testing in close cooperation with the business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and to track and update test results
  • Be the first point of contact for any operational issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O for New Zealand and create Help Desk support calls and user stories as required
  • Working closely with the Oceania Business Systems team across Australia and New Zealand to provide support for Dynamics release management to deliver defect resolution and enhancements

You bring to the role:

  • 5 years demonstrable experience working as a business analyst with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Sound communication skills and experience working with complex stakeholders
  • Hands on experience preparing documentation, functional business requirements, process diagrams and user stories
  • Hands on experience preparing test cases for unit testing and user acceptance testing
  • Ability to work under pressure and meeting team deadlines
