The Role

We are seeking Project Manager

Must Have Skills
  • Experience in Project and people management
  • Understanding of SDLC in waterfall model
  • Good understanding banking business in the following areasa
    • Remittance, Deposits and common functions preferred
  • Understanding of banking domain Data and it's relationships
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and ant RDBMS
  • Willingness to work in Japanese Project Management ambience (long hours, tight deadlines, changing requirements)

Good to Have Skills
  • Working experience in any ETL tool
  • PMP Certification or any other recognized related certifications


Roles - Responsibilities
  • Design / Development: Data migration tool / scripts design / development
    • Requirement collection and management including changes
    • Mapping netween source and target
    • Design Review
    • Mock-up / Manual data preparation for development team
  • Testing
    • Preparation of initial data
    • Test case review
    • Test results review and confirm as per reauirements
  • Data Cleaning/Maintenance
    • Data Cleaning request/result confirmation
    • User hearing and follow up
  • User / QA coordination
  • Corresponding of QA from stakeholders
  • User discussion and Query
  • Data Revising and upload
  • Support to Downstream systems related to Data Migration
  • Manage the resources working in the support team
  • Create mid level schedule based on the client provided high level schedule
  • Prepared detailed task breakdown structure based on the mid level schedule
  • Manage work allocation between resources depending the skill set and the task complexity
  • Review the deliverables of the team members before sharing to the customer
  • Co-ordination between the technical team and the business users
  • Any other adhoc tasks - assigned by clients related to Data Migration
