We are looking for a senior Head of Global Processes Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion. The position will drive the development and implementation of the Employment Branding strategy, expanding the Hitachi Rail profile as a global employer of choice whilst using innovative and inspiring ways of fostering diversity.
This role can be based either in London (UK) or Genoa (Italy)
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following deliverables:
Define and implement the Hitachi Rail Employer Branding with a coherent & compelling tone of voice to support the business strategy and strengthen the company identity
Design and implement a successful strategy to attract Talents globally by exploring and using all channels and platforms
Strengthen the proposal, definition and implementation of initiatives aimed to promote and share the global Employee Value Proposition in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
Create, lead and monitor the local implementation of global guidelines to manage the relation with external providers and stakeholders in compliance with all Hitachi Rail Global policies
Be advisor to the whole global organization on Employer Branding best practices, approach and purpose
Define and manage metrics to measure talent acquisition activities against KPI’s and establish a process for benchmarking the performance in order to ensure effectiveness and competitiveness
Design, implement and lead the Hitachi Rail Diversity & Inclusion strategy and actions in alignment with Corporate initiatives
Promote within Hitachi Rail Group an inclusive and non-discriminatory language identifying guidelines to address and describe all people, regardless of sex, race, ethnicity and physical or intellectual characteristics
Own diversity & inclusion special projects in cooperation internal and external stakeholders
Design, implement and lead the global recruitment policies and processes in compliance with Hitachi Rail HR and the Global corporate strategy
Implement and manage a reporting and controlling system to collect and analyse all Hitachi Rail Group data related to recruiting to ensure compliance with the Business policies, processes and requirements
Proven working experience in a similar role in an international environment
Highly skilled in digital branding marketing approaches
Outstanding communication skills, ideally experience in a global matrix environment
True diverse mindset with the ability perform successfully in a multicultural environment
Proactive teamplayer, flawlessly interacting with all layers of the organisation
Excellent English skills (written & spoken), any other language is a plus
University Degree in Human Resources or Communication/ Marketing or equivalent experience
