HRH is a Hawaii-based Joint Venture, which was awarded the Design-Build-Operate-Maintain (DBOM) contract for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project (Project), the first Driverless Rail Transit System in the USA. HRH has assembled a team of experienced professionals in order to deliver a world-class rail transit system capable of delivering highly comfortable, reliable, safe and cost-effective transportation.

Develop operating plans, OCC staff guidelines and instructions, reports, service plan communications, statistical analysis, and other similar Operations documents
Develop and implement procedures and schedules to regulate the activities of OCC controllers and staff; assist in the developing and implementing performance standards all staff and evaluate employee productivity and performance against established standards
Investigate and report Operations incidents and accidents
Coordinate the recruitment and training of OCC controllers
Ensure that the operations and safety procedures, policies and rules are followed by all OCC staff
Report delays and problems promptly and take appropriate actions to correct performance and maintain established schedules
Enter daily rail activities into various data bases, logs and rail operations management information systems
Act as the liaison with emergency services to ensure that Fire Department, Police and Emergency Services are fully aware of how to access the railway safely through agreed procedures, joint exercises and training
Willing to work flexibly and efficiently in support of the project which may include working shift rotation, nights, weekends and holidays
Perform additional duties as needed Required Skills/ Knowledge:
Highly skilled as an OCC train controller, air traffic controller, and/or control room supervisor
Ability to manage several different tasks at the same time while directing train operations
Ability to evaluate the work of employees, develop procedures, rules and schedules and instruct employees on operation and safety procedures
Report writing and incident/accident investigation skills
Knowledge of central control room systems including: signalling, ATC, ATS, SCADA, communications equipment
Knowledge of electrical lock out procedures and Infrastructure Access Planning Desired Skills/ Knowledge:
A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience as a train controller, air traffic controller, and/or control room supervisor
