Job description
The purpose of the role is to Plan, synchronize and integrate of the development activities (including validation and certification in case of R&D projects) with medium level of complexity and/or of criticality/risk and/or wide technical across the subsystems in the architecture, by timely managing deviations, risks and opportunities in order to deliver on time, within budget and quality a working solution coherent and compliant to project requirements.
Accountability will include but not limited to:
  • Ensure the integrated development program and plan by providing consistent guidelines to the involved sub-systems and consolidating/harmonizing the related sub-systems development plans
  • Ensure the definition of functional and non-functional solution requirements and related allocation to the involved products/subsystems and check/guarantee consistency
  • Guarantee the definition of solution architecture (identifying subsystems/
  • Products and their interfaces) and check/guarantee consistency
  • Ensure the system realization & integration tests and guarantee methodology and completion, respecting guidelines & quality standards
  • Support on the use of the solution (to field testing, technology research, sharing of knowledge training...)
  • Ensure solutions applied in different projects are standardized by coordinating the requirements specifications cross multiple projects and ensuring their implementations
  • Ensure that the managed development plans have the proper level of resources allocated from the hierarchical managers

Education and experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • For 5 up to 10 years of technical experience in Railway environment
