The Role

In this challenging, hands-on role, you will be part of a small team working directly with business stakeholders and end-users to understand their business context, refine requirements and determine best of breed solutions for Salesforce.com. Other duties may include dashboards, related tools, end-user training, documentation and a point of escalation for support issues. Experience with UI/UX design and improvement a plus. If you enjoy working with stakeholders and the business to build solutions to real-world problems in Salesforce.com, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities
  • Documents and confirms user stories from business
  • Builds lists, modules, and dashboards supporting business processes
  • UI/UX Evaluation and Improvement
  • Point of contact for end user questions and feedback
  • Serves as second level of support for defect resolution
  • Implements best practices and standards as defined by our Salesforce Governance Team

Qualifications
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • 5+ years experience working with Salesforce.com and related tools
  • Flexibility working with a variety of inputs
  • Functional and business-facing communication skills
  • Intellectually curious analytical problem-solver
  • Self-directed and independent learner
  • Dedicated to optimizing processes and user experiences
  • Experience with Salesforce UI/UX design and streamlining a plus
