We are seeking Manager/Senior Manager - SAP Sales

Opportunity
  • We are looking for a Digital Enterprise Application Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager to join our growing SEA Sales team to drive growth in Singapore market - enterprise segment. A highly exciting and fulfilling role that allows you to help our clients to drive transformation and improve their operational efficiency and Go-to-market strategy.
  • This role requires the candidate to identify and address industry challenges. support acquisition and delivery of these proven solutions to the identified prospects in Singapore market.
  • We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong insight into the core business challenges faced by the enterprises (non-government/FSI) and network - strong contact with key decision makers. The candidate will have a passion for introducing executable solutions to deliver sustainable benefits for our clients with understanding of applications like SAP/Oracle and analytics. The individual must be comfortable working with a diverse and geographically distributed team.

Some of the responsibilities of this role:
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets in defined area.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company-s customer base and ensure it-s strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.
  • Provision of insight into enterprises' industry trends, priorities, challenges and market opportunity.
  • Demonstrate Industry Expertise to engage with clients
  • Solution selling for areas for potential investment and identifying how Hitachi products/services bring value to clients in the sector
  • Generation of sales collateral along with Business Development team for target clients
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Commercial clarification, negotiation and provide quotation to customer.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline to achieve sales target
  • We want you to be a Champion and to be one; you can leverage our team for lead generation, cold calling and support in the presales activities. You are always welcome to generate your own leads.

Ideal expertise that will make you a champion:
  • Ability to leverage on your relationship with key partners like SAP/Oracle to generate opportunities
  • Knowledge on SAP/Oracles suite of portfolio and some understanding on IoT/BigData analytics would be an ideal preference
  • Strong network with key decision makers is a prerequisite

Key Attributes for this role:
  • Bachelor-s Degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or other related fields would be an advantage
  • 5+ years of experience in Sale - Enterprise applications/ big data Analytic with proven track record
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Positive, good attitude - aptitude, Flexible, able to work independently, a team player is highly preferred.
  • Good analytical and strong communication/presentation skill are required.
  • Able to plan and execute sales plan according to Quota assigned
