The Role

We are seeking a driven, analytical and collaborative Talent Acquisition (TA) Reporting Analyst to provide analytical and reporting capability for Hitachi Vantara's TA team. The TA Reporting Analyst will work with Global TA leadership to analyze, reconcile and report on relevant hiring-related metrics and data.

This is a fixed-term role (12 months).

Responsibilities
  • Utilize advanced Excel, PowerBI, and SQL skills to analyze, synthesize and report out on headcount and hiring related data
  • Collaborate with the internal People Analytics team to create excel based models to provide TA leadership with better insight into headcount hiring and tracking progress
  • Develop dashboards and ongoing reporting that provide internal TA client groups with a pulse on the health of the organization's TA efforts
  • Partners with FP-A to optimizing and improve full cycle new hire and position tracking
  • Develop presentations that tell stories and communicate relevant insights from TA-related data

Requirements
  • 2-4+ years' experience in analytics, reporting, business operations, or related role
  • At least Bachelor degree (technical preferred)
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in using and combining multiple large-scale data sets
  • Advanced Excel skills (proficient with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros)
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with PowerBI
  • Able to "tell a story" based on the data reported
  • Able to operate in ambiguity in a constant state of change
  • Ability to be highly productive and proactive with supporting key TA leaders
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Nice to have - Experience with Workday
